Ever wanted to find a filament that produces results with high tensile strength, impeccable impact resistance, and stiffness?

Well, my friend, our PAHT CF might just be the right filament for you!

This is our engineering-grade filament that is at the same time very easy to use.

It’s designed for high-temperature resistance and is mostly seen in industries like robotics, drones, automotive, aerospace, and others, but can be used for functional prototypes and end parts as well.

The printed end products can be exposed to temperatures up to 180 °C for short periods of time, but we wouldn’t recommend going that high and would personally stay in the 150 °C range.

The material is lightweight while boasting its incredible mechanical properties. That’s why it’s often used as a replacement for metal in automotive industries.

It’s resistant to solvents, and corrosive chemicals and has very low moisture absorption. All that while being very easy to process so it’s suitable for experts and beginners alike!

And if you ever need some support it’s fully compatible with all the most popular materials such as: PVA, BVOH, and HIPS.

So, what are the requirements?

We recommend you use a hardened nozzle as the filament is quite abrasive and it might ruin your standard brass nozzle.

Drying your filament before use also never hurt anybody, but be careful to not overheat it though as the spool isn’t as heat resistant as the filament itself. We recommend leaving it in your oven at 65ºC for a couple of hours, just in case.

Having a closed environment while printing will also help you reduce the variables that need to be taken into consideration in order to ensure your print is a success. This is not a requirement though, it can be printed without a chamber just fine.
